All of the following must be true:

Materials

• Fabric, nylon, polyester, or soft webbing

• Flexible and able to tumble freely

• Metal hardware limited to clips, rings, or buckles

Construction

• No rigid plastic frames

• No embedded electronics (GPS, lights, trackers)

• No thick padding that traps water excessively

Condition

• Light to moderate dirt, hair, or odor

• No heavy grease, oil, or biohazard contamination
