• Heavy-duty covers with dense fill

Orthopedic / Specialty Materials

• Memory foam or foam slabs

• Egg-crate foam

• Removable but bulky inserts

• Beds that must be partially disassembled

Fabric & Backing

• Waterproof or water-resistant liners

• Rubberized or skid-resistant backing

• Multi-layer stitched construction

Condition-Based Triggers

• Excessive pet hair or dander buildup

• Strong odor (urine, oils, saliva)

• Heavily soiled or stained areas

• Items that retain water after spin cycle
