Accessories should have:

• Fabric, nylon, polyester, or soft-webbing construction

• No rigid frames or components

Normal surface pet hair and everyday pet odors are included in standard care.

Items with heavily embedded pet hair requiring significant additional processing may require Embedded Pet Hair Removal.

Items Requiring Separate Assessment

Thick or heavily padded beds, orthopedic or memory-foam items, rigid foam inserts, heavy rubberized backing, heavily soiled or urine-saturated items, and items that cannot be safely machine washed or dried are evaluated separately.

Moderate padding or bolster-style edges
Washable construction without a rigid foam core

Water-resistant or skid-resistant backing when machine washable

Up to 2 large/heavy pet blankets, depending on size and construction
Examples include heavier fleece, quilted pet throws, and sherpa-backed blankets

Orthopedic & Foam Bedding

Beds containing memory foam, egg-crate foam, rigid foam, or removable foam inserts require individual assessment. When appropriate, the removable washable cover may be serviced separately. Foam inserts are not automatically included.

Pet Hair & Heavy Soil Notice

Normal pet hair and everyday pet odors are expected. Excessive embedded hair requiring additional manual removal may require the Heavy Hair Removal Add-On.

Urine saturation, strong persistent odors, heavy staining, excessive soil, or items requiring specialty treatment may require additional charges or may not be suitable for standard processing.

Fresh, Clean Care for Your Pet’s Favorite Plush Toys

Professional laundering for washable fabric pet toys that need refreshing from everyday play, dirt, odors, dander, and normal pet hair.

$15 per qualifying batch

One Batch Includes Your Choice Of:

• Up to 6 small plush toys

OR

• Up to 4 medium plush toys

Toys should generally range from hand-sized to approximately forearm-sized.

What Qualifies

• Soft, washable fabric exterior
• Light to moderate stuffing
• Construction suitable for machine washing
• Toys in good enough condition to withstand laundering

Items We Cannot Process

• Electronic or battery-operated toys
• Toys with damaged seams or exposed stuffing
• Hard plastic or rubber-core toys that cannot safely be machine washed
• Oversized or heavily stuffed toys
• Toys with components that may be damaged during washing or drying
• Items with visible mold or biohazard contamination

Squeaker Notice

Plush toys containing squeakers will be evaluated before processing. Machine washing and drying may affect squeakers or other internal components, and laundering cannot guarantee continued operation.

Pet Hair & Condition Notice

Normal surface pet hair and everyday pet odors are included.

Toys with heavily embedded pet hair requiring substantial additional removal may require the Embedded Pet Hair Removal add-on.

Items with excessive saliva buildup, heavy soil, persistent odors, or other conditions requiring additional treatment will be assessed before processing.

All toys are inspected for construction and condition before laundering. Items that cannot be safely processed may be declined.

Additional Care for Heavily Embedded Pet Hair

Starting at $10

Embedded Pet Hair Removal is an additional service for laundry and pet bedding with heavily embedded pet hair that requires more labor and processing than standard laundering.

Normal surface pet hair is expected and does not automatically result in an additional charge. This add-on applies when pet hair is densely embedded in the fabric and requires significant additional removal or processing.

When This Add-On Applies

• Pet hair is densely embedded in fabric rather than primarily resting on the surface
• Hair remains heavily attached after normal shaking or preliminary lint removal
• Fabric contains concentrated undercoat or shedding buildup
• Manual brushing, vacuuming, or repeated lint removal is required
• Additional dryer or lint-removal cycles are necessary
• Additional machine, drum, or filter cleanup is required before processing the next order

Common Items That May Require Additional Hair Removal

• Fleece and sherpa blankets
• Microfiber fabrics
• Pet beds and crate pads
• Plush or textured fabrics
• Pet blankets with dense pile
• Household clothing or linens with significant embedded pet hair

Pricing

Pricing starts at $10 for additional pet-hair removal and processing.

The final charge is based on the amount of embedded hair, the number and type of items affected, and the additional labor and processing required.

More extensive or labor-intensive hair removal may exceed the $10 starting price.
