Qualifying Items
Your monthly allowance may include a combination of:
• Small washable pet blankets
• Qualifying crate pads or mats

• One qualifying batch of plush pet toys
Items must meet the size and construction requirements of the corresponding individual pet-care service.
Embedded Pet Hair Benefit
Members receive one Embedded Pet Hair Removal treatment, up to a $10 value, per month when needed.
Turnaround Time
Pet laundry is typically returned within 48–72 hours, depending on item construction, drying requirements, odor treatment, and condition.
