Orders are typically returned within 24–48 hours per pickup, depending on load size and scheduling.

Includes up to 90 lbs of laundry monthly
Includes 2 scheduled pickup and delivery services
Unused pounds and unused pickup/delivery services do not roll over to the following monthly billing cycle.
Additional Laundry
Laundry exceeding the included 90-lb monthly allowance is billed at $2.00 per lb for additional Standard Wash • Dry • Fold service. Premium Laundry Care is available at $2.25 per lb when requested.
Special Care & Add-Ons
The Solo Laundry Plan covers standard household laundry. Specialty processing, excessive soil, grease or paint treatment, restoration-level stain treatment, excessive hair removal, oversized items, and other services requiring additional labor may incur additional charges.
Any applicable additional charges will be communicated when appropriate.
Subscription Scheduling
Pickup dates are scheduled based on service availability. Customers are encouraged to maintain their recurring pickup schedule to receive the greatest benefit from the plan.
