• 2 scheduled pickups and deliveries per month
• Up to 160 lbs of laundry per month
• Professional wash, dry, and fold
• Quality detergent selected for effective, fabric-conscious cleaning
• Vinegar rinse when appropriate
• Odor treatment when needed
• Laundry sanitizer or oxygen-based treatment when appropriate
• Machine drying according to appropriate fabric settings
• Professional folding and organization by item type for easier put-away
• Clean packaging for return
• Priority recurring scheduling
• Limited Premium Care handling for qualifying garments
Limited Premium Care
Includes special handling or hang-drying for up to 10 standard garments per pickup. Additional Premium Care may be added when needed and billed separately.

Turnaround Time
Orders are typically returned within 48–72 hours per pickup, depending on load size, care requirements, and scheduling.

Unused pounds do not roll over to the following month.
Additional Laundry
Laundry exceeding the included 160-lb monthly allowance is billed at:
• $2.00/lb — Additional Standard Wash • Dry • Fold
• $2.25/lb — Premium Laundry Care, when requested
Special Care & Add-Ons
The Household Laundry Plan covers standard household laundry. Specialty processing, excessive soil, grease or paint treatment, restoration-level stain treatment, excessive hair removal, oversized items, and other services requiring additional labor may incur additional charges.
Any applicable additional charges will be communicated when appropriate.
Subscription Scheduling
Pickup dates are scheduled on a recurring basis based on service availability. Maintaining the recurring schedule helps ensure priority placement.
