• Quality detergent selected for effective, fabric-conscious cleaning
• Vinegar rinse when appropriate
• Odor treatment when needed
• Laundry sanitizer or oxygen-based treatment when appropriate
• Machine drying according to appropriate fabric settings
• Professional folding and organization by item type for easier put-away
• Clean packaging for return
• Priority recurring scheduling and processing

Turnaround Time
Weekly Laundry Plan orders receive priority processing and are typically returned within 24–48 hours, depending on load size, scheduling, and care requirements.
Monthly Plan
$450 per month
Includes up to 220 lbs of laundry monthly
Includes 4 scheduled pickup and delivery services per monthly billing cycle
Monthly pounds may be used across the four scheduled services and do not have to be divided equally between pickups.
Unused pounds and unused services do not roll over to the following billing cycle.
Additional Laundry
Laundry exceeding the included 220-lb monthly allowance is billed at:
• $2.00/lb — Additional Standard Wash • Dry • Fold
• $2.25/lb — Premium Laundry Care, when requested
Special Care & Add-Ons
The Weekly Laundry Plan covers standard household laundry. Specialty processing, excessive soil, grease or paint treatment, restoration-level stain treatment, excessive hair removal, oversized items, and other services requiring additional labor may incur additional charges.
Any applicable additional charges will be communicated when appropriate.
Subscription Scheduling
Four recurring pickup dates are scheduled per monthly billing cycle based on service availability. Maintaining the recurring schedule helps ensure priority placement. Additional service dates may be requested and are subject to availability and applicable charges.
