From routine household laundry to qualifying garments requiring enhanced handling, your laundry is professionally managed from pickup through delivery with attention to cleanliness, fabric integrity, organization, and presentation.

• Up to 6 scheduled pickups and deliveries per month
• Up to 300 lbs of laundry per month
• Professional wash, dry, and fold
• Customized sorting and wash care based on laundry needs
• Quality detergent selected for effective, fabric-conscious cleaning
• Vinegar rinse when appropriate
• Enhanced odor treatment when needed
• Laundry sanitizer or oxygen-based treatment when appropriate
• Fabric-conscious drying and handling
• Professional folding and organization by item type for easier put-away
• Clean packaging for return
• Priority scheduling and processing
• Premium Care handling for qualifying garments
• Up to 10 standard hang-dry garments per pickup
• Priority support for scheduling adjustments
Premium Care
Premium Care includes enhanced handling for qualifying garments, including up to 10 standard hang-dry garments per scheduled pickup and fabric-conscious drying based on garment-care requirements.
Additional hang-dry garments, specialty textiles, extensive stain treatment, restoration-level care, oversized items, or other labor-intensive processing may require additional charges.
Business hangers, when needed, are available for an additional charge.

Turnaround Time
Luxe Laundry Concierge orders receive priority processing and are typically returned within 24–48 hours, depending on load size, garment-care requirements, and scheduling.
Monthly Plan
$625 per month
Includes up to 300 lbs of laundry monthly
Includes up to 6 scheduled pickup and delivery services per monthly billing cycle
Monthly pounds may be used across the scheduled services and do not have to be divided equally between pickups.
Unused pounds and unused pickup/delivery services do not roll over to the following billing cycle.
Additional Laundry
Laundry exceeding the included 300-lb monthly allowance is billed at:
• $2.00/lb — Standard Wash • Dry • Fold
• $2.25/lb — Premium Laundry Care
Additional pickups beyond the 6 included monthly service visits may be accommodated based on availability and may incur an additional pickup/delivery charge.
Special Care & Add-Ons
The Luxe Laundry Concierge Plan covers standard household laundry and qualifying Premium Care garments.
Oversized items, excessive pet hair, excessive soil, grease or paint treatment, restoration-level stain treatment, specialty textiles, and other services requiring substantial additional labor may incur separate charges.
Any applicable additional charges will be communicated when appropriate.
Scheduling
Recurring pickup dates are established based on the client’s preferred service schedule and availability. Luxe Laundry Concierge clients receive priority consideration for reasonable scheduling adjustments. Priority consideration does not guarantee availability for requested schedule changes.
