Premium, personalized laundry care with customized washing, enhanced odor treatment, stain assessment, fabric-conscious drying, professional folding, and pickup & delivery.

Every order is assessed individually so your laundry receives the level of care it actually needs. Fabrics, colors, soil levels, odors, stains and garment-care instructions are considered when determining the appropriate cleaning and drying process.

Personalized Finishing Preferences

Fabric softener and rinse-and-refresh products are available upon request. We don't automatically apply these products because your laundry care should reflect your preferences and the needs of your fabrics.

Optional Fragrance Enhancement

Scent beads are available for an additional charge. Because scent beads add fragrance rather than enhance fabric care, they are treated as an optional preference rather than part of our Premium Care process.

Hang-Dry Care

Premium Laundry Care includes up to 10 standard hang-dry garments per order. Additional standard hang-dry garments are $1.00 each.

Oversized, heavy, delicate or specialty items requiring extended drying time or specialized handling may be priced separately. Hang-dry items may also extend turnaround time.

Premium Care Means Appropriate Care

More products don't necessarily mean better laundry care. Our approach is to use the right treatment, in the right situation, for the right fabric—helping achieve exceptional cleanliness while supporting fabric integrity.

Turnaround

Standard turnaround is typically 24–48 hours. Larger orders, extensive stain or odor treatment, hang-dry garments and specialty-care requirements may require additional time.

Stains are assessed and treated when appropriate; complete stain removal cannot be guaranteed.
